GloTech is a rapidly growing, South Florida-based company specializing in fluid machinery, with a strong focus on flow control, pumping, and metering technologies. Our flagship GEM Electromagnetic Flow Meter is widely deployed across agriculture, municipal infrastructure, and industrial water applications. We are a practical, engineering-driven organization that solves real customer problems in the field.


We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to serve as the first line of communication between GloTech and our customers. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how products work, solving technical problems, and helping users succeed. While a formal engineering degree is not required, strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide support for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of GEM flow meters
  • Assist customers with application questions and guide them through basic diagnostics using manuals, apps, and standard procedures
  • Log, track, and follow up on customer issues using internal support systems
  • Coordinate part replacements, shipping, and receiving activities with the operations team
  • Perform bench testing, functional checks, and basic diagnostics on returned units
  • Document findings and prepare clear support notes for internal teams
  • Work closely with engineering on issue escalation, product testing, and data collection
  • Assist with the preparation of support materials, reports, and knowledge-base updates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and product management to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on technical aptitude (mechanical assemblies, electronics, wiring, sensors, tools, etc.)
  • Experience in IT support, field service, electronics retail/service, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • Clear verbal communication skills and a customer-friendly approach
  • Ability to troubleshoot using manuals, schematics, and logical problem-solving
    Comfort using computers, mobile apps, and diagnostic tools
  • Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
  • Reliability, accountability, and strong follow-through


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $55,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
