<p><strong>We are seeking experienced 1st and 2nd Shift Mig Welders in Lakeland, FL. </strong></p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in Aluminum and Steel Mig Welding</li>
<li>Cuts work piece, using powered saws and cutting torch</li>
<li>Removes rough spots from work piece, using portable grinder, hand file, or scraper</li>
<li>Welds components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions</li>
<li>Must be able to accurately read tape measure</li>
<li>Must be able to read blueprints</li>
<li>Experience using Hand and Power Tools</li>
<li>Good Eye and Hand Coordination</li>
</ul>
