Position Overview

The Commercial Cleaning Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of cleaning staff at one or more client sites. This role ensures that contract requirements are met with quality service and efficient operations, while maintaining strong client relationships and leading a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate cleaning crews and schedules

* Perform quality control inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met

* Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching and support

* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory

* Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address any concerns promptly

* Enforce company policies and safety procedures

* Report incidents, maintenance needs, or staffing issues to management

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in commercial cleaning, with 1+ years in a supervisory role

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

* Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if travel between sites is required)

* Flexibility to work evenings, nights, or weekends as needed

*Ability to speak Haitian Creole and English
