They focus on turning the frustration and problems that our clients have with their living spaces into a beautiful enjoyment of their home. Designers hone in on the real issues that people are trying to solve, not on pushing a product that people dont need. Designers meet with potential customers in their homes, who ask for advice, design recommendations, and expertise with regards to their organizational needs. Designers are detail-oriented, empathetic, engaged, and enthusiastic hard workers who understand how to treat people with respect and dignity.

Role
- This role is for a Design Sales Consultant responsible for creating and selling custom home solutions.
- This is a part-time role that enables you to set your own schedule. Hours are based on availability.
- This role is a commission-based pay structure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home design appointments, focusing on customers' needs and developing solutions on-site. (Average: 2 hours/appt.)
- Upload leads, orders, estimates, and client designs/photos promptly through our customer relationship management portal.
- Focus on helping the customer by securing a solution and accepting deposits for each sale.
- Maintain a relationship with customers and follow up on opportunities.
- Attend and participate in initial designer training and ongoing training from the Sales Director.
- Work with installers and ensure that jobs are executed smoothly from design to installation.
Qualifications
- Ability to quickly learn and accurately use technology, design/hand draw/measure, gather needs/wants, and document details.
- Strong organizational and oral/written professional communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Friendly, detail-oriented, competitive, and driven nature.
- Plus - Prior Sales experience (in-home or other)
- Plus - Bilingual in Spanish and English
