We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Milling Machine Operator to join our growing team! If you have hands-on experience operating asphalt milling equipment and are looking to build your career with a respected and well-established company, we want to hear from you.

Work Locations:

Projects are primarily located in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Manatee, and Pasco Counties, with occasional travel required to other surrounding areas. Daily overtime and Saturday availability are required.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate asphalt milling equipment (Wirtgen, Bomag, or similar) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct daily inspections and assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with general labor and paving-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites.
• Work closely with the road crew and follow direction from foremen and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Wirtgen or Bomag asphalt milling machines.
• Strong understanding of roadway construction and milling operations.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check (Drug-Free Workplace).
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required by project demands.
