Your Role as Team Leader:

  1. Coach, mentor, and lead a team of real estate agents to achieve greater productivity and success.
  2. Guide agents in converting leads and closing deals through consistent training and personalized support.
  3. Participate in recruiting new talent and expanding our local influence.
  4. Cultivate a collaborative, results-driven, and service-oriented team culture.
  5. Lead by example with your own production and client service excellence.


What You Bring:

  1. A valid Florida Real Estate License 3+ years of successful residential sales experience.
  2. Proven leadership, mentoring, or team management experience in a brokerage or team setting.
  3. A passion for developing others, problem-solving, and business growth.
  4. Tech-savvy and proficient with modern tools like CRMs, digital contracts, and listing platforms.
  5. A deep understanding of the local market and a desire to become a recognized local expert.
