Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Are you coming from hospitality, food service, theme parks, or customer-facing roles and looking for a stable office schedule with real earning potential? If you’re high-energy, great with people, and motivated to close deals, we want to train you.
No leasing or real estate experience required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Showing rental units to prospective residents
- Assisting with move-ins and move-outs
- Coordinating unit turns with vendors
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the leasing process
- Communicating clearly with residents, vendors, and internal staff
- Working primarily from the office, with time out for showings and walkthroughs
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys interaction, problem-solving, and closing the deal.
Schedule & Requirements
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Reliable transportation required (local travel for showings/walkthroughs)
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Minimal after-hours emergency phone coordination (very rare)
- Company phone provided
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay is $31,200 annually, plus a per-move-in bonus of at least $300 per unit, with the opportunity to earn up to $600 per completed move-in depending on volume.
- Gas allowance: $150 per month
