Our Techie Kids Club enrichment teachers help children digitally prepare for their future and we are looking to add to our team:
About Techie Kids Club
Techie Kids Club is an educator-designed robotics & STEAM afterschool enrichment program that provides weekly classes to preschools throughout Florida.
Required Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have reliable transportation to drive between the different schools (mileage reimbursement is included)
- 1 or more years of teaching experience in a preschool, daycare, or elementary school setting.
- Prepare and gather the materials needed for each lesson in a timely manner.
- Review curriculum and execute lesson plans.
- Attend staff meetings and required training sessions/webinars as needed.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills to be able to manage 10-20 students at a time.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral, with adults and children.
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs for transporting materials.
- Background check required.
- Ability to make a positive impression on others and represent the Techie Kids Club brand well.
Recommended Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Passion for working with children ages 3 1⁄2 -9 years old.
- Familiar with early learning standards/domains
- Ability to present oneself and one's ideas with clarity, confidence, and poise.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, a can-do attitude, and ability to think on your feet! Proven leadership skills
- Tech-savvy - Understanding of technology, including software, programming, and hardware.
- Previous experience using SMART boards, Promethean, and other interactive panels.

- Morning and afternoon classes - most classes are at 3 PM
