Job Overview:
AYA ASSOCIATES INC., a 47-year-old Software Technology Company located in Maitland, Florida with a World-Class ERP Business and Accounting Management Software System, is hiring a Software Support Analyst.
Overview:
· Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking software or technical assistance over the phone, or email on our Comp-U-Floor® ERP Business and Accounting Management Software.
· Train customers on specific areas of the ERP software.
· Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
· Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by our customers.
· Provide top professional support to maintain a satisfied customer base preserving our well-established Comp-U-Floor ERP Software brand.
Basic Qualifications:
· Customer-oriented individual with help desk experience.
· Competent Information Technology individual to provide assistance to our ERP software customers.
· Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Cloud platforms.
· Excellent verbal and data analytical skills to identify and address data and program issues; proficient in English.
· Excellent written communication document issues resolutions and procedures.
· Excellent knowledge of all aspects of our ERP Business and Accounting Management Software System; training provided.
· Capable of working alone and with a team of Software Support Analysts.
Desired Qualifications:
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases and SQL scripting.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
· Basic knowledge of Business Accounting.
· Basic Business Retailing or Distribution Systems experience including point-of-sale, invoicing, inventory, purchases, etc.
· Basic understanding of the flooring and construction industries is a plus.
· Associates degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Accounting, or relevant field preferred but not required based on comparable business experience.
