Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable, bilingual On-Site Staffing Coordinator to oversee and support our staffing agency employees at a Client manufacturing facility in West Palm Beach, FL. This role is key to maintaining daily operations, ensuring accurate time tracking of the temp staffing employees, resolving employee concerns, and building a long-term, positive relationship with the Client and supervisors. You will act as the main point of contact on-site for both the client and our team members.

Responsibilities:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) — Mandatory requirement
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in staffing, team leadership, or workforce coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems including Microsoft word, Excel and timekeeping software.
• Must be present on-site during operational hours
• Daily tracking of timeclock entries of the temporary employees
• Serve as an on-site representative of NAZTEC to the Client supervisors and Client’s management team.
• Communicate clearly with employees in both Spanish and English.
• Address employee questions, concerns, and performance issues as needed.
• Report daily updates and issues to NAZTEC
• Promote a safe, respectful, and productive work environment.
