Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Security & Locksmith Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the scheduling Alarm, Camera, Access Control, Locksmith, Automation, and A/V service Calls to ensure they are scheduled with customer and jobs created for technician in our Service Fusion Software. The ideal candidate is very organized, self driven, and has some experience in our field but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage several aspects of service jobs and projects
• Coordinate with other construction professionals and customers for scheduling purposes
• Work with and communicate with our office and our softwares.
• Ensure our technicians are properly informed about each job through our scheduling platform
• Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made
• Estimate costs, create budgets, and keep the project within budget
• Work with internal office coordinators for scheduling
• Supervise and direct technicians
• Report on progress to ownership
• Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
• Visit job sites and construction meetings as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Construction or Project Manager
• Project management certification is preferred
• Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codes
• Advanced knowledge of security alarms, fire alarms, surveillance cameras, and access control
• Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and construction management software
• Ability to break large projects into small stepsa
