Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant - Aesthetics

Job Description

We are a locally owned medical spa in Delray Beach. We focus on consistent treatments and patient experience without a high-volume model.

We are looking to add a provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) with experience in dermatology, primary care, or OBGYN who is interested in aesthetic skin treatments.

Some of the common concerns we treat include:

• Rosacea
• Melasma
• Vascular lesions
• Pigmentation / discoloration
• Texture issues
• Scars (acne, injury, surgical)
• Feminine laser rejuvenation (pigmentation and skin quality)

Treatment plans may involve a combination of modalities.

Role responsibilities:

• Evaluate client concerns
• Use clinical judgment to determine appropriate treatment approaches
• Recommend clear treatment plans
• Perform treatments once trained
• Help maintain consistency in how care is delivered

Experience in a senior, lead, or supervisory clinical role is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

Base pay plus profit sharing.

Schedule:

Part-time and flexible. Final schedule can be discussed based on availability and goals.
