Responsibilities

The Construction Project Manager will oversee daily modular home production operations in a warehouse setting.
Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
Manage labor, equipment, materials, and inventory in coordination with procurement.
The Construction Project Manager will ensure efficient production staging and workflow across departments.
Enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Supervise employees and subcontractors, fostering a safety- and quality-focused culture.
Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout production.
The Construction Project Manager will develop and manage budgets, control costs, and report financial performance.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to stay on schedule.
Leverage technology to improve production efficiency and tracking.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply best practices.

Qualifications

The Construction Project Manager must hold a degree in civil or related engineering.
Must have a minimum of 5+ years of construction management experience, ideally in modular or manufacturing environments.
A certification in Construction Management or related field preferred.
Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., Bahamas) for short-term assignments.
The Construction Project Manager must have strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety regulations.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
The Construction Project Manager must have experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
