Job Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Service Plumber with strong sales skills to join our growing team. If you know how to educate customers, offer financing, and close the deal — this is your opportunity to take control of your income.
Our company specializes in residential plumbing service work, with a focus on leak detection, re-pipes, water filtration, and jetting. We provide the leads — you close the jobs and upsell where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly present solutions to customers
- Sell and install services such as re-pipes, water filtration, jetting, and leak detection
- Offer and explain financing options to help homeowners move forward
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance
- Use Housecall Pro to manage jobs, estimates, and invoicing
- Maintain a clean, organized company truck and track your inventory
- Follow plumbing codes, safety regulations, and job site protocols
- Communicate with dispatch and the office for efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Ability to pass code tests and city/county inspections
- Proficient in reading and interpreting isometric (iso) drawings
- Skilled in re-piping, takeoffs, and tankless water heater installation
- Strong sales ability and confidence presenting to customers
- Comfortable using software (experience with House call Pro a plus)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 23% commission after fees
