Blue Palm Care is looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a Nursing Supervisor. This is a key clinical leadership role overseeing caregiver staff, ensuring quality of care, and supporting wellness-focused home care services.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule the daily workload of staff and contractors, ensuring optimal use of agency resources
- Provide day-to-day supervision of caregiver employees to uphold service quality and maintain professional standards
- Ensure all client records are accurate, complete, and compliant with documentation requirements
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new professional staff, promoting familiarity with agency policies and best practices
- Conduct home visits as needed to assess client conditions and oversee care delivery
- Develop individualized Plans of Care after assessing clients and consulting with families or responsible parties
- Champion a wellness-focused, high-quality care model tailored to each client’s unique needs
- Lead staff training and ensure compliance with state regulations and agency procedures
- Embrace a mission-driven mindset and demonstrate the commitment and flexibility needed to thrive in a fast-paced care environment
- Perform additional duties as requested by the Administrator
Qualifications:
- Active Florida RN license
- Experience in Home Care Services
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Passion for dignity, respect & whole-person care
- Strong, verifiable references
- A positive attitude & true team player
