Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent specialized in Custom Homebuilding to oversee and manage high-end residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining excellent communication with clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of custom homebuilding projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage subcontractors and field personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, specifically in custom homebuilding.
- Strong knowledge of high-end homebuilding practices and materials.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
