<p>Construction Estimator Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Local in the Orlando market for this in-office role</li>
<li>5+ years experience in an Estimator role for shell construction (slab, block, roofing and siding)</li>
<li>Experience with commercial and residential projects</li>
<li>Analytical, detail oriented, critical-thinking, communication and time-management skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of calculation programs and databases</li>
<li>Knowledge of industry and materials used in the industry</li>
<li>Thorough understanding with PlanSwift or similar programs</li>
</ul>
