We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care for a client in the Broward area. Position Overview
The Home Health Aide will provide personalized, in-home support to assist the client with activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

Support mobility and ensure safe transfers and ambulation

Prepare meals in accordance with the client’s needs

Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care

Provide companionship and emotional support

Monitor the client’s condition and report changes as required

Follow established care plans and communicate effectively with family members and supervisory staff

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or caregiver required

HHA or CNA certification preferred

Reliable, patient, and attentive with a strong commitment to quality care

Required Employment Documents

Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID

Updated resume

HHA or CNA certificate

Current in-service training and CEUs

Proof of liability insurance

Physical examination documentation, including chest X-ray or PPD

Current CPR and First Aid certification
