The Role
As a Local Superintendent, you'll manage a single high-end restaurant project from mobilization through closeout. You'll act as a true Superintendent — coordinating subcontractors, driving the schedule, and ensuring quality — with no self-perform work.
What We're Looking For
•Superintendent experience with a GC building high-end restaurants
•Strong tenure with past employers
•Proven ability to coordinate subs and manage schedules
•Clear, professional communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
•Base Salary: $115K–$125K
•Overtime: OT premium over 40 hours
•Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
•PTO: 15 days for new hires
•Overtime pay and mileage reimbursement
