Full- Time and Part- Time Positions Available


Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist located in Tampa, FL. The Pediatric SLP will work with infants, children, and adolescents to assess and treat communication, speech, language, social-pragmatic, fluency, and feeding/swallowing needs. Responsibilities include developing individualized therapy plans, providing early intervention services, and delivering engaging, evidence-based treatment sessions. The therapist will continually monitor progress, adjust intervention strategies, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare or educational professionals.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in pediatric speech, language, communication, and/or feeding therapy
  • Experience with pediatrics, including infants and early intervention (0–3 years)
  • Ability to connect with and motivate children of all ages and abilities
  • Excellent communication, caregiver-training, and interpersonal skills
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Florida SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs welcome to apply
  • Experience in clinical, outpatient, home-based, or educational settings is a plus
