Job Description

We are hiring general labor/maintenance personnel to join the team. The position is in the South Fort Myers area. With weekly pay, full-time jobs start at $17.00 per hour, Monday- Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm. This position requires a valid driver's license. You will be responsible for promptly completing work orders and other required tasks, including light painting/touch-up, yard cleaning, and power washing.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders promptly
property clean-up duties
Power washing
Light painting/touch up

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have a valid driver's license to apply
