Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Facility Based
Pay: $40.00 – $42.00 per hour
We are seeking compassionate and experienced Hospice Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in facility settings. The ideal candidate is skilled in end-of-life care and committed to supporting patients and families with dignity and comfort.
Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in facility settings

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and manage pain and symptom control

Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice teams

Educate patients, families, and facility staff on hospice care plans

Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and documentation standards
Requirements:

Active RN license FL
-
Hospice or end-of-life care experience required

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
