Job Description

We’re seeking a CNC Machinist who takes pride in producing quality parts and supporting a high-performing machining team. This role focuses on Haas milling, setup and operation, and maintaining tight tolerance workmanship from start to finish. It’s a great fit for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident working in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate Haas CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
  • Perform part inspections during the run to ensure accuracy and consistent quality.
  • Interpret prints and machining requirements, applying GD&T concepts as needed.
  • Complete deburring and finishing steps to ensure parts meet workmanship standards.
  • Support day-to-day shop workflow by maintaining organization, tool readiness, and clean work areas.


Qualifications

  • Hands-on CNC milling experience, ideally on Haas equipment.
  • Strong setup and machine operation skills in a production environment.
  • Working understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
  • Experience with deburring practices and basic finishing requirements.
  • Ability to hold tolerances and maintain quality throughout the machining process.
  • Familiarity using inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently when needed.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to support the team.
