Job Description
We’re seeking a CNC Machinist who takes pride in producing quality parts and supporting a high-performing machining team. This role focuses on Haas milling, setup and operation, and maintaining tight tolerance workmanship from start to finish. It’s a great fit for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident working in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Haas CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
- Perform part inspections during the run to ensure accuracy and consistent quality.
- Interpret prints and machining requirements, applying GD&T concepts as needed.
- Complete deburring and finishing steps to ensure parts meet workmanship standards.
- Support day-to-day shop workflow by maintaining organization, tool readiness, and clean work areas.
Qualifications
- Hands-on CNC milling experience, ideally on Haas equipment.
- Strong setup and machine operation skills in a production environment.
- Working understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
- Experience with deburring practices and basic finishing requirements.
- Ability to hold tolerances and maintain quality throughout the machining process.
- Familiarity using inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently when needed.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to support the team.
