Overview:
ProForce Staffing is seeking experienced and motivated HVAC professionals to join our growing team in the commercial HVAC and refrigeration industry. We have openings for highly skilled technicians and tradespeople to work on installations, maintenance, and service projects across South Florida.

If you have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC systems, chillers, refrigeration, or controls, we want to hear from you!

Open Positions & Pay Ranges:

• HVAC Technician – Commercial/Chillers: $28–$40/hour (DOE)
• Refrigeration Specialist: $26–$38/hour (DOE)
• Controls Technician (Electronic & Pneumatic): $28–$40/hour (DOE)
• Install Helper / Labor Support: $18–$25/hour (DOE)
• Field Service / Maintenance Technician: $26–$38/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and chillers
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and tune-ups
• Work with energy management and control systems
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and job site cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant HVAC/refrigeration experience (varies by role)
• EPA Certification (Required for HVAC/Refrigeration roles)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Not Lazy
