Job Title: Dealership Warranty Cancellations Specialist (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: 100% Onsite
Pay Rate: $25–$27 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Cancellations Specialist to join our team at a busy automotive dealership. This is a 100% onsite position with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealership warranty cancellations and billing, with a proven ability to manage high volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process warranty cancellations in accordance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines
- Review and verify warranty contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Submit and track cancellation requests with third-party administrators and manufacturers
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate billing adjustments
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized records and documentation for audit purposes
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to warranty and billing as needed
Qualifications:
- Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in dealership warranty cancellations and billing
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and F&I processes
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
