About the Role:
We are seeking a Bilingual (ENGLISH & SPANISH) Automotive Service Advisor with expertise in German cars to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for German automotive engineering and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and vehicle inquiries.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about German automotive services and repair.s
- Communicate with technicians to ensure the timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services and products to customers
- Maintain customer records and follow up on service satisfaction
Requirements:
- Must have two years of prior experience working as a service advisor in a European automotive repair shop!.
- Knowledge of German automotive brands and their service requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be bilingual.
- Willing to attend continuing education programs provided by the Employer
- In the past, we have tried to hire service advisers from diffeant industries, and has never worked out.
