Compensation
<ul>
<li>$75,000 – $105,000 annually (Salary)</li>
<li>Quarterly performance bonuses</li>
<li>Gas bonus / mileage assistance</li>
</ul>
Schedule &amp; Expectations
<ul>
<li>Full-time salaried role</li>
<li>Minimum of 20 billable hours per week</li>
<li>Salary includes supervision duties (no unpaid admin expectations)</li>
<li>One remote/admin day available for full-time BCBAs</li>
<li>Manageable caseloads</li>
