About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and innovative minority-owned litigation firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their Miami office. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to handle complex, high-stakes disputes while working in a collaborative and diverse environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage commercial litigation matters in Florida state and federal courts.
  • Handle discovery, draft motions, and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Provide strategic, proactive legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices while meeting a 1,900 billable hour target.


What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed in Florida and in good standing.
  • 5+ years of commercial litigation experience (contracts, business torts, trade secrets, ADA, IP, etc.).
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) – fluency required.
  • Strong advocacy, writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused practice.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is up to $180,000 base annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
