About the Role
Our client, a dynamic and innovative minority-owned litigation firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their Miami office. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to handle complex, high-stakes disputes while working in a collaborative and diverse environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage commercial litigation matters in Florida state and federal courts.
- Handle discovery, draft motions, and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Provide strategic, proactive legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices while meeting a 1,900 billable hour target.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed in Florida and in good standing.
- 5+ years of commercial litigation experience (contracts, business torts, trade secrets, ADA, IP, etc.).
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) – fluency required.
- Strong advocacy, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused practice.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is up to $180,000 base annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
