Unit Details:
6W Med/Surg – Ortho & Spine
36-bed unit
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 4–6:1
Floating Requirements:
Floating is REQUIRED
Travelers are first to float
May float to:
- Other Med/Surg units
- ED Hold (Med/Surg level patients only)
- Other sister campuses as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
- BLS (AHA) required
- Prior travel experience preferred
- EMR: EPIC required
