Pay: As our HVAC Technician, you'll earn competitive hourly pay ranging from $25 to $35, depending on experience.

Schedule: This full-time position follows a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, offering a great work-life balance with weekends off.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN HVAC TECHNICIAN
If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our HVAC Technician!
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience with servicing and maintaining air conditioners
- Possess all hand tools and basic power tools
An EPA certification is preferred for this position.

DAY-TO-DAY
As our HVAC Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers across Pensacola, Navarre, and Destin. Each day, you'll prepare your truck, verify inventory, and pick up equipment for your scheduled appointments. You'll handle heating and cooling system servicing and troubleshooting with precision and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way. Additionally, you'll manage invoices, collect payments, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. This role is dynamic, hands-on, and essential to our commitment to quality and reliability.
