Fed Help Medical is a DOL-certified medical facility specializing in treating injured federal employees entitled to federal workers’ compensation benefits under the U.S. Department of Labor – Office of Workers Compensation Programs (OWCP).

Requirements:
- Must have valid Physical Therapy Assistant license/certificate in the state in which applying for work.
- Exceptional patient therapy skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
- Team oriented
Job Description:
Physical Therapy Assistant is expected to assist in performing the following duties.
- Preparing for each patient’s therapy
- Ordering depleted supplies
- Reading patient evaluations
- Being very familiar with the Plan of Care the physical therapist set in place for any given patient and, if need be, relaying any concerns about the Plan of Care
- Administering balance and muscle strength tests
- Administer manual exercises, massage or traction to help relieve pain, increase patient strength, decrease or prevent deformity.
- Record prognosis, treatment, response and progress in patient's chart or computer database.
Job Type: Full time Hours Monday through Friday 10: AM to 6:00 PM.
