About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated production technician to join our team! The production technician will serve as a skilled technical specialist to assemble custom electrical and mechanical hardware assemblies in support of production of mission essential products for our aerospace customers.
Job duties include:
- Product assembly, maintenance, or modification.
- Independently follow work instructions to assemble electromechanical components.
- Use hand and small power tools and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.
- Assist engineers in design and development of test procedures for new products and recommends product improvements or manufacturing modifications.
- Coordinate with teammates to accomplish tasks that require multiple team members.
- Follow established guidelines for safety and quality.
Requirements:
- Fluent in reading schematics, using various devices like multimeters and other calibration test equipment.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
- Experience completing assembly, maintenance, or modification in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- IPC training/certification is preferred.
- This position will be located at a facility that requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen or green card holder.
