Location: Apopka, FL – On-site across Central Florida job sites
Pay Range: $27 – $35 per hour (based on skill and experience)
Schedule: Full-time or part-time • Monday – Friday • 8-hour day shifts

What You’ll Do

Weld and install structural and miscellaneous steel (beams, rails, stairs, embeds).

Read blueprints and follow directions accurately.

Operate scissor and boom lifts safely; assist with rigging and signaling.

Cut, fit, and grind steel using torches, grinders, and measuring tools.

Work with your crew to complete projects on schedule and to specifications.

Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all company and OSHA procedures — no shortcuts.
What We’re Looking For

Experience with 7018 stick (3G & 4G) and 6022 deck welding.

Ability to read basic blueprints or learn quickly.

Experience using lifts, harnesses, and rigging gear.

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather.

Willing to travel for short projects (we offer per diem and travel pay).
