We’re looking for a Project Coordinator with HOA and permitting experience to keep residential window and door projects on track and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit HOA/city permit applications

Track approvals and resolve issues with HOAs, permit offices, and homeowners

Ensure all approvals are secured before installation scheduling
Qualifications:

3–5 years in project coordination (construction/windows/doors preferred)

Strong HOA and permitting background (required)

Detail-oriented, organized, and professional communicator
