What You’ll Do

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades on-site
• Ensure coordination between GC, subcontractors, and design teams
• Conduct inspections and verify work against drawings and specs
• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project
• Support the Superintendent with daily reporting, meetings, and scheduling

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in MEP systems within large-scale commercial or interiors projects
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Safety-first mindset with OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 preferred)
