Position Overview
VINEVIDA is seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on our warehouse production floor. This role is ideal for someone with a background in liquid filling (cosmetics, beverages, vapes, etc.) and a proven track record of leading production teams, organizing daily workflows, and building production schedules that meet demand and quality targets.
As Production Supervisor, you will oversee a team of operators, coordinate the execution of production plans, and ensure output is aligned with safety, efficiency, and product standards. You will also play a key role in training staff, maintaining production records, and supporting continuous improvement across the operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production floor activities to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Monitor and support filling operations (e.g., bottles, jars, drums) and ensure proper handling of materials.
- Generate and maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and shift reports.
- Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Assist in training team members on proper procedures and equipment usage.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflow.
- Ensure correct materials and packaging are available and used according to work orders.
- Report any deviations, equipment issues, or delays promptly to management.
- Help oversee start-up, changeover, and shutdown processes for production runs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a production environment with liquid filling operations (cosmetics, beverages, pharmaceuticals, vapes, etc.)
- 1+ year of experience leading a team or supervising production staff
- Hands-on familiarity with production scheduling or planning tools/processes
- Strong understanding of manufacturing practices, material handling, and equipment operation
- Ability to generate clear and accurate reports and production records
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Reliable, organized, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications a plus
Job Details
- Type: Full-time, onsite
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends/overtime as needed)
