Palm Aire Country Club is a privately owned country club located in sunny Sarasota, Florida, along the Manatee/Sarasota corridor and just minutes from downtown, Gulf beaches and University Town Center. We’re known for a warm, welcoming culture where members feel like family and employees feel valued. We are currently seeking reliable, energetic Golf Cart Attendants who enjoy working outdoors, staying active and starting their day early.
The Shifts (Important)
We are specifically looking for team members who can work the following shifts. Flexibility to work both shifts is strongly preferred.
- 5:30 AM shifts
- 10:30 AM shifts
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing, cleaning and staging golf carts for daily play
- Loading and unloading golf bags (your built-in workout)
- Greeting members and guests and setting the tone for a great day on the course
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn and range
- Assisting with transportation around the club as needed

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds regularly
- Physical stamina, mobility and dexterity to perform job duties
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
- Dependable, punctual and service-oriented
