Northeast Florida Health Services, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a full-time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our community health centers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical services to patients, inclusive of all functions necessary to provide quality medical care.
- Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within the general practice.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary medical practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.
- Perform within their professional boundaries.
- Serve as an educational preceptor for the clinical staff including respond to questions/consultations of the staff, plan and teach in-services, follow medical protocols, handouts and clinical standards, assist in expanding the competencies of the clinical staff.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current, unrestricted Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license in the State of Florida
- National certification as Nurse Practitioner in appropriate specialty
- Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred, as applicable
- Maintain DEA Registration, if applicable
- Meet all requirements for credentialing and privileging
Preferred:

Experience in an FQHC, community health, or underserved setting

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
