Travel Retail Support Associate:

We are seeking for a junior candidate, who can assist up primarily with the following responsibilities:

  • Training in-store staff on product and brand knowledge (LATAM & NA)
  • Supporting the marketing manager with the in-store visual refresh process in the Americas (LATAM & NA)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training

  • Deliver engaging in-store training sessions on brand values, products, and key selling points
  • Adapt training content to different store teams depending on the needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with store teams and store management

Marketing Support

  • Support in-store visual refreshes according to brand and campaign guidelines
  • Coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
  • make sure all stores have the most updated brand visuals and keep our database updated

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • English and Spanish is essential (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to quickly learn and confidently present brand and product information.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, branding, or visual merchandising principles.
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
