Travel Retail Support Associate:
We are seeking for a junior candidate, who can assist up primarily with the following responsibilities:
- Training in-store staff on product and brand knowledge (LATAM & NA)
- Supporting the marketing manager with the in-store visual refresh process in the Americas (LATAM & NA)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training
- Deliver engaging in-store training sessions on brand values, products, and key selling points
- Adapt training content to different store teams depending on the needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with store teams and store management
Marketing Support
- Support in-store visual refreshes according to brand and campaign guidelines
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
- make sure all stores have the most updated brand visuals and keep our database updated
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- English and Spanish is essential (Portuguese is a plus).
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to quickly learn and confidently present brand and product information.
- Basic understanding of marketing, branding, or visual merchandising principles.
- Good time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.

High School Diploma or GED
