Full Time –On-Site, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00PM ET
Job Summary
Pulse Radiology Institute, an Edcetera company, is seeking a Registrar for the Saint Augustine, Florida location. This dual-role position plays a key part in managing student academic records, course registration, and tuition billing for our Institution. The role will serve as a primary point of contact for students regarding enrollment, student records, academic progress, and payment-related inquiries.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, student records, student accounts, class scheduling and daily operations. The candidate must have the ability to create an excellent customer experience through relationship building and effective communication as well as demonstrate a high level of task ownership and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential student academic records in accordance with compliance and institutional policies.
- Manage course registration, class schedules, and student enrollment processes.
- Prepare and issue transcripts, enrollment verifications, and diplomas.
- Monitor academic progress and support reporting for accrediting and regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate student onboarding and orientation documentation.
- Provide academic calendar updates and assist in catalog maintenance.
- Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration regarding academic matters.
- Generate and send student invoices, track tuition payments, and process payment plans.
- Reconcile student accounts and follow up on past-due balances.
- Work with third-party billing systems, loan servicers, or financial assistance programs, as applicable.
- Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and assist with financial audits.
- Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions in the student information system (SIS) and accounting platforms.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years of experience in a registrar’s office or student records role
- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or financial coordination.
- Familiarity with student information systems and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, CAMS, Populi, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

- Salary starting at $50,000, commensurate with experience
