Onin Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Plate Roll CNC Operator for a full-time position in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC plate rolling machines and be able to produce precision-rolled components to specification.
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Shift Details: 54 Hours/Week
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Work Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC plate rolling equipment to bend and shape metal plates.
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired shapes and tolerances.
- Perform setup, alignment, and quality checks during the rolling process.
- Monitor material behavior and make real-time adjustments.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating CNC plate rolls or similar forming equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Strong understanding of material properties and bend allowances.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
