Executive Alliance is pleased to represent our client who are a highly reputable acute care hospital center in greater Fort Lauderdale/Miami, FL who are seeking a Manager of Nursing for Labor & Delivery.

The Manager of Nursing for Labor & Delivery is responsible for facilitating, coordinating and delegating the delivery of patient care to a defined group of patients during their entire hospitalization period, as well as training for their staff. They will also provide leadership and overall responsibility for the functioning of assigned clinical patient care/procedural unit(s).

NOTE: This onsite role sits in greater Fort Lauderdale, FL and is not a hybrid or remote opportunity.

The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager will also monitor and evaluate the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of RECENT (WITHIN THE LAST YEAR) leadership experience within the Labor & Delivery.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
