- Mandatory Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have recent professional car detailing experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with no at-fault accidents or vehicle moving violations within the past 3 years
- Clean background check
- Must speak and read english
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to work full time up to 50+ hours per week
- Must have the ability to meet the physical demands of position, including walking, crouching, bending, stooping and standing for extended periods in the Florida elements.

Work Hours
- Tuesdays - Saturdays: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Every Sunday & Monday OFF
JOB TASKS/DUTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Work as a team with other detail technicians to stay on tight appointment schedule.
- Detail Interior and Exterior of Cars, Trucks, SUV's, light truck, Heavy trucks, Motorcycles, RV's/Trailers or boats according to company standards.
- Operate orbital polishers, shampoo extraction machines, vacuums, corded drills, pressure washers, generators, hand washing, hand waxing, clay bar, polishing, and operating other equipment to meet service needs.
- Perform pre service inspection like add-ons (additional services), upselling, surcharge for extra cleaning fees and finalize pricing prior to service initiation.
- Perform post service inspection and make future service recommendations.
- Complete customer log and keep accurate records of each service appointment according to company standards.
- Attention to detail with consistent work ethic, excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comply with all company policies and uphold standards for our 5 star satisfaction guarantee including punctuality, staying on schedule, high-efficiency and unparalleled reliability.
- Maintain work unit in terms of cleanliness, tidiness and restock/refill supplies, chemicals and utilities daily.
- Keep tools and equipment operating (clean, maintain, troubleshoot, repair daily or on the go, etc.)
