Job DescriptionLHH is partnering with a respected law firm in Miami, FL seeking a Temporary Attorney to support its Financial Services Litigation Team. This position is 100% remote, but the attorney must be able to commute to the Miami office 1–2 times per month. The role is expected to last several months and may transition into a permanent position (note: this is not a partnership-track role).Key Responsibilities:

Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Attending virtual or in-person court appearances

Managing deadlines and monitoring case progress

Communicating and providing updates to clients
-
Engaging in settlement discussions and negotiations
Qualifications:
-
Active license to practice law in Florida (required)

2+ years of litigation experience preferred
-
Experience with case management, motion practice, and client communications
-
Financial services litigation experience is not required – training will be provided
-
Must be comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
