Your Role as a Service Technician
- Diagnose, service, and repair all makes and models
- Communicate clearly with service advisors throughout the repair process
- Address customer concerns with accuracy and professionalism
- Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Deliver vehicles back to customers in better condition than when they arrived
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
