We are currently seeking to hire a Garden Center Retail Sales member to join our team!&nbsp;You&nbsp;will be responsible for various duties at the retail location:
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Engage customers and encourage sales</li>
<li>Develop and execute innovative sales strategies</li>
<li>General Garden Center activities including:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>loading / unloading plant deliveries</li>
<li>weeding / cleaning plant material areas</li>
<li>keep sales areas clean, neat and presentable</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Operating&nbsp;point of sale software&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field knowledge</li>
<li>Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services</li>
<li>Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.services.</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li>
<li>Familiarity with point of sale systems / registers</li>
<li>Ability to work outside in the South Florida elements / weather</li>
<li>Physical outdoor work</li>
</ul>
