Job Description:
In this role, you’ll source and work directly with clients to curate looks, recommend products, and drive sales. This is a commission-only position with no cap on earnings – ideal for someone who is highly motivated and entrepreneurial.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations
- Drive sales by sourcing customers and building relationships
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and fashion trends
- Use social media or in-person interactions to grow your client base (optional but encouraged)
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications:
- Passion for fashion and helping others feel confident in what they wear
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Sales or retail experience is a plus but not required
- Must be comfortable working on a commission-only basis
