Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned UAT Test Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives for a large-scale ERP modernization program. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing UAT strategies, schedules, and deliverables, while also working closely with business stakeholders to align testing efforts with core business functions and compliance needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of standardized UAT processes across multiple business entities.
• Manage UAT project plans, testing schedules, and resource allocation to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Engage with agency-level business and technical teams to understand business processes, define testing requirements, and map system integrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams, technical teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment of test objectives and resolution of testing issues.
• Facilitate UAT execution cycles, manage defect triage, and provide consolidated reporting to project leadership.
• Ensure testing aligns with regulatory compliance mandates and business process needs.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in UAT Test Management for large-scale ERP or Financial Management System projects.
• Strong Business Systems Analysis background with expertise in business process mapping and requirements traceability.
• Experience working with multiple agencies/departments in a collaborative testing environment.
• Proficient in project scheduling, status reporting, and cross-team coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in public sector, state or federal government projects is highly desirable.
