Job Summary:
We are looking for a hard-working and dependable Concrete Laborer to support our concrete crew on various residential and commercial job sites. This role includes physically demanding tasks such as moving materials, preparing job sites, assisting with concrete pours, and cleaning up afterward. No previous experience required – just a good attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with site preparation including setting up forms and rebar

Load, unload, and move construction materials

Help pour, spread, and finish concrete under supervision

Use hand and power tools as needed

Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas

Follow safety procedures at all times

Support the concrete crew with general labor and tasks as assigned
Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor (lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet for long periods)

Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work

Previous construction or concrete experience is a plus but not required
