Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support within K-12 school settings in Naples, FL. The position is full-time, contract-based, and runs from January 5, 2026, through May 29, 2026. Work hours total 37.5 per week, serving students across multiple school sites including elementary and high school environments with a focus on autism and behavior intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to enhance behavioral outcomes
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and design intervention plans
- Monitor progress and provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing instruction
- Support IBI classrooms and high school behavior programs as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA licensure required
- Experience working with K-12 populations, preferably including autism and IBI classrooms
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention techniques and data collection methods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple school environments and student needs
